Ken Accounting Services Ltd is a small, independent accountancy practice in Uxbridge, West London. We have been looking after the accounts and tax of local businesses, sole traders and landlords since 2007. We are qualified, IFA-regulated accountants, and we keep things simple: clear advice, fixed fees and people you can actually reach.
Our story: 19 years serving Uxbridge
Ken Accounting started trading in 2007 with a straightforward aim: to give small businesses in and around Uxbridge the kind of accountant they could pick up the phone to. Nineteen years on, that is still how we work.
Today we are based at Spaces, The Charter Building, Charter Place, right next to Uxbridge Underground station. Our clients come from across Hillingdon, Ruislip, Hayes, West Drayton and Ickenham, and further afield too. Many of them have stayed with us for seven years or more.
We have grown with our clients. Alongside everyday bookkeeping, self assessment and limited company accounts, we now help travel businesses with ATOL reporting and support founders from India and Asia who want to set up in the UK.

Gaurav Jain is the Director of Ken Accounting Services Ltd. Clients deal with him directly, and several reviewers mention him by name for his advice and for being available when they have questions.
Gaurav leads the practice’s specialist work, including ATOL reporting for travel businesses and UK business set-up for entrepreneurs from India and across Asia.

- Licensed member of the ATOL Reporting Accountants Scheme. This means we can prepare the reports the Civil Aviation Authority requires from ATOL holders.

We agree a fixed fee before any work starts, so you always know what you will pay. Your first consultation is free, and there is no obligation. You can read more about how we price work on our fees page.
We are proactive. We remind you of deadlines and chase the information we need, rather than leaving it to the last minute. You can meet us face to face in Uxbridge, or work with us entirely by phone, email and video call.
