Our complaints process
Please raise your complaint in writing, by email or letter, so we have a clear record. Tell us what went wrong, when it happened and what you would like us to do.

What happens next:
- 1. We acknowledge your complaint within [TODO: timescale, e.g. 5 working days] and confirm who is dealing with it.
- 2. We investigate. The person handling your complaint will review your file and may contact you to clarify the details.
- 3. We respond in full within [TODO: timescale, e.g. 8 weeks], explaining what we found and what we will do. If we need more time, we will tell you why and when to expect our reply.
Making a complaint will not affect the way we treat you or your affairs.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you can refer your complaint to our professional body, the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA).
